Terrorists of Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) Bhupendra Singh and Kulwant Singh who are in the custody of the Special Cell of Delhi Police, have disclosed a conspiracy to kill about three to four leaders of Shiv Sena Hind and Congress in Punjab. They gathered information of the leaders from Facebook and did a recce of Punjab to hatch the conspiracy.
As per inputs, the chief of Khalistan Zindabad Force who is in Belgium and his handlers Jagdish Bhura and Dhanna Singh had asked the two to go to Delhi and procure arms, funds for which were sent from Belgium.
Bhupendra Singh and Kulwant Singh have also revealed that they killed around three to four leaders of Shiv Sena Hind in Punjab.
Police said that the weapons recovered from the terrorists came from Meerut, UP.
Gursimran Singh Mand, senior Congress leader and Nishant Sharma, national leader of Shiv Sena Hind was on the target of terrorists. Mand is known to have cleaned the soot on Rajiv Gandhi’s statue in 2018 with his foot and he has been continuously raising his voice against the Khalistan supporters while Sharma had slapped the terrorist Jagtar Singh during a trial.
A senior police officer of the special cell said that the arrested terrorists were not involved in terrorist acts but to target the political leaders. According to police officials, they want to target those who speak against Sikhs, so-called ‘saints’ and Khalistan. These saints include Bhindranwala, Jagtar Singh Hawara and Dilawar Singh. The arrested terrorists said that the Shiv Sena Hind leaders in Punjab have made very vile statements against their saints and Khalistan. At present, four Shiv Sena Hind leaders were on their target and they have revealed names of two targets.
According to police officials, if the terrorists had not been arrested in Delhi, they would have killed the leaders as soon as they went to Punjab.
Delhi Police’s Special Cell had arrested the two BKI terrorists Bhupendra Singh alias Dilawar Singh and Kulwant Singh on Saturday from Burari after an encounter.
The special cell has taken both the terrorists on police remand for five days. The police are investigating their relationship with Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI. Police is ascertaining whether they had direct links with ISI. They had joined the Pakistan supporters group Pakistan Zindabad-Khalistan Zindabad and Defenders of Pakistan Group.
